COVID-19

The safety and wellbeing of all our customers is our top priority, and we are constantly reviewing the advice and information provided by the Local Authorities, World Health Organisation and other trustful sources.

As per now, we have to stop all city tours in Moscow and Saint Petersburg due to the lockdown untill 1 st of May 2019. We are very disappointed that we are unable to fulfil our customers’ travel plans as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.

In response to changing marketplace conditions, we are committed to ensuring our clients experience flexibility during these challenging times.

Our Cancellation Policy:

For all clients with existing reservations for any future date as well for new reservations,  we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival, as long as the change or cancellation is made by June 30, 2020
